About the Department:

The Performance & Attribution team acts as the subject matter expert for performance, attribution, characteristics, and ex-post risk statistics. We maintain systems and data flows to deliver accurate, timely reports for global stakeholders. Working here means collaborating with portfolio managers, client services, and risk teams across time zones, gaining deep expertise in investment analytics and process optimization.

How You Will Add Value?

- You will analyze and report fixed income portfolio performance, attribution, and risk statistics.

- You will act as a subject matter expert in performance and attribution analytics.

- You will validate data and resolve exceptions to ensure accurate attribution reporting.

- You will identify and resolve complex data issues impacting performance and risk.

- You will run and review standard and ad-hoc reports within agreed timelines.

- You will collaborate with teams to implement process changes and reporting improvements.

- You will interpret attribution results and communicate insights to stakeholders.

- You will lead and train team members on processes and technical aspects.

What Will Help You Be Successful in This Role?

Experience & Education:

- Bachelor's or master's degree in finance or business.

- Professional certifications (CIPM, CFA, FRM) preferred.

- 10-15 years' experience in performance, attribution, and risk analysis within BFSI.

Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in FactSet, Bloomberg PORT, and attribution tools.

- Advanced Excel skills: knowledge of Power BI, Alteryx, Python is a plus.

Soft Skills:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
