Key Responsibilities:-
- Franchise Expansion: Identify and develop new franchise opportunities in the assigned region to meet organizational growth goals.
- Business Prospecting: Generate leads through various on-ground activities such as events, business meetings, and networking initiatives.
- Franchise Acquisition: Conduct business presentations, pitch franchise opportunities, and sign up new franchise partners at validated and approved locations.
- Partner Evaluation: Assess potential business partners based on market feasibility, investment capacity, and alignment with brand standards.
- Revenue Responsibility: Achieve franchise sales targets and ensure timely collection of franchise fees from new sign-ups.
- Market Intelligence: Track and report on market trends, competitor activities, and local business developments to identify expansion opportunities.
- Compliance & Reporting: Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and submit timely reports as per business requirements.
Qualifications & Skills:-
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in franchise sales, business development, or channel expansion.
- Proven track record in identifying, pitching, and onboarding franchise partners.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Self-driven and goal-oriented individual with the ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM tools.
