Franchise Partnership Manager - EdTech

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead Engagement and Conversion

- Engage with qualified leads provided by the marketing team through phone calls, emails, and video meetings.

- Conduct in-depth discussions to understand the prospective franchisees background, goals, and suitability for the EdTech franchise model.

- Present the franchise opportunity professionally, showcasing the brands strengths, support systems, and value proposition.

- Address all questions and concerns raised by prospects, ensuring a clear understanding of the business model and expectations.

- Nurture leads through follow-ups, building strong relationships to guide them through the decisionmaking process.

Franchise Sales and Agreement Finalization

- Guide prospects through the entire franchise sales cycle, from initial engagement to signing the franchise agreement.

- Collaborate with internal teams to provide necessary documentation, contracts, and business information to prospects.

- Ensure all legal and financial aspects of the franchise agreement are clearly communicated and agreed upon by the prospective franchisee.

Training and Onboarding

- Coordinate and deliver comprehensive training programs to onboard new franchisees, covering business operations, policies, and procedures.

- Act as the primary point of contact during the onboarding phase, providing guidance and resolving any initial challenges faced by the franchisee.

Franchise Operations and Development

- Assist franchisees in setting up their operations, including location selection, infrastructure planning, and initial marketing efforts.

- Provide ongoing support and guidance to help franchisees achieve their business objectives and maintain operational excellence.

Relationship Management

- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing franchise partners to foster trust and collaboration.

- Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring franchisees align with the company's vision, mission, and values.

- Organize periodic check-ins and networking opportunities to strengthen the franchise community and facilitate knowledge sharing.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Experience and Skills

- Immediate joining preferred.

- Minimum 1+ years of experience in sales, business development, or franchise Sales (preferably in EdTech or related industries).

- Strong expertise in managing the sales cycle from lead engagement to deal closure, with a proven track record.

- Exceptional English communication and presentation skills (verbal and written).

- Charismatic, competitive, and enthusiastic personality with excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and CRM software.

- Strong interpersonal skills to build trust and long-term relationships.

- Highly organized, able to manage multiple prospects and timelines effectively.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in any stream (MBA in Sales or Marketing is a plus).

- A thorough understanding of sales strategies and franchise models.

- Previous experience in EdTech B2B preferred.
