Role Summary:

We are seeking a "Result-Driven" Franchise Manager to spearhead the expansion of our B2B distribution network in Mumbai.

In this role, you will be the primary driver for the acquisition and business development of Authorized Persons (Franchisees) and Digital Partners.

You will act as a strategic business partner, helping these affiliates scale their broking and non-broking revenue by providing deep-dive training on complex financial products, including Direct Equity, Mutual Funds, PMS, AIFs, and Fixed Income.

Beyond acquisition, you are responsible for building high-trust work relationships, ensuring seamless client onboarding, and delivering superior service levels to the distributor ecosystem.

The ideal candidate possesses a strong pedigree in channel management and the technical acumen to navigate the evolving landscape of digital financial partnerships.

Responsibilities:

- Strategic Partner Acquisition: Identify, pitch, and onboard high-potential Authorized Persons (Franchisees) and Digital Partners to expand the B2B channel footprint.

- Business Development & Growth: Drive incremental business volume across both broking (Equity/Derivatives) and non-broking (Wealth Products) segments through your partner network.

- Partner Onboarding & Activation: Provide end-to-end support to partners in onboarding their retail and HNI clients across a diverse multi-product suite.

- Technical Training & Enablement: Conduct structured training sessions for partners on Direct Equity, Mutual Funds, Portfolio Management Services (PMS), Alternate Investment Funds (AIFs), Insurance, Bonds, and Fixed Deposits.

- Revenue Optimization: Work closely with partners to identify cross-selling opportunities, ensuring a healthy product mix to maximize partner profitability and company revenue.

- Relationship Management: Build and maintain robust, long-term rapport with channel partners, acting as their primary point of contact for all business and operational queries.

- Product Team Collaboration: Coordinate with internal product and training teams to deliver updated market insights and technical product knowledge to the partner base.

- Service Excellence: Ensure the highest standards of service delivery to distributors, resolving bottlenecks in client servicing or platform technicalities.

- Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor franchisee models and incentive structures to provide feedback for continuous improvement of our B2B value proposition.

Technical Requirements:

- Channel Management Expertise: 2 - 8 years of proven experience in managing B2B/Franchisee networks within the Broking or Financial Services industry.

- Multi-Product Knowledge: Deep functional understanding of Direct Equity, F&O, Mutual Funds, PMS, AIFs, and various Fixed Income instruments.

- Regulatory Awareness: Strong grasp of SEBI regulations concerning Authorized Persons, revenue-sharing models, and compliance requirements for digital partners.

- Sales Pipeline Management: Proficiency in using CRM tools to track the partner acquisition funnel from lead generation to final empanelment.

- Digital Partner Ecosystems: Familiarity with modern digital partnership models, API integrations, and referral-based fintech platforms.
