3. Strategic Leadership & Planning
a. Set and monitor KPIs related to franchise growth, performance, and profitability.
b. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, finance, training, legal).
c. Identify opportunities for process improvements and technology adoption.
4. Brand & Customer Experience Management
a. Maintain brand consistency across the franchise network.
b. Support franchisees in delivering excellent customer experience.
c. Roll out marketing campaigns and ensure franchisee alignment.
5. Compliance & Governance
a. Ensure adherence to franchise agreements, brand guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
b. Conduct regular audits and compliance checks.
c. Manage disputes and enforce corrective actions when necessary.
