Role
- Set up the BD vertical
- Knowledge of COCO, COFO, FOCO, FOFO Business Models
- Knowledge of competition business models / franchisee policies
- Highly acquainted franchisee networkmust have opened at least 100 stores himself(mostly franchisee)
- Adapt at Franchisee Sourcing - Direct thru field visits / Digital Adds / etc
- Properties Sourcing - strong network of Brokers / Market Intermediaries, should be aware of current market rentals, etc
- Team Management (should have handled 1 or 2 team members in the past)
- Understand P&L thoroughly
- Create Annual BD business Plan
- Geographical understanding - Southern Markets...should be well versed
- Responsible for NSO(new store opening) profitability
- Responsible for opening new stores in compliance with he BD business plan
