Job Title: Warehouse Operations Manager

Role Overview

Fraganote is looking for a detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Manager to manage daily warehouse activities and ensure smooth inventory flow and order fulfillment. This role requires hands-on experience with EasyEcom for inventory control, order processing, and dispatch coordination, supporting Fraganote's fast-growing D2C and marketplace operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage inward and outward movement of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods

- Maintain real-time inventory accuracy using EasyEcom

- Process orders, generate picklists, packing slips, and invoices through EasyEcom

- Coordinate picking, packing, and dispatch to ensure timely deliveries

- Update stock levels, batch details, and SKU data in EasyEcom

- Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile physical stock with EasyEcom data

- Coordinate with logistics partners and marketplaces for pickups and shipments

- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of perfumes and related materials

- Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety standards

- Support production and fulfillment teams during peak demand periods

Requirements & Qualifications

- 5-7 years of experience in warehouse or operations roles.

- Experience in D2C, FMCG, beauty, or lifestyle brands preferred

- Basic knowledge of inventory management, order processing, and logistics

- Comfortable using computers, Excel, and warehouse software

- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple SKUs

- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
