Role Overview

We are looking for a highly driven Sales Manager - Offline Modern Trade to expand and strengthen our offline retail presence. The role involves managing relationships with multi-brand kiosks and multi-brand retail outlets, ensuring strong product visibility, maintaining stock availability, and driving sales growth.

The ideal candidate should be proactive in identifying new retail opportunities, onboarding new outlets, and ensuring strong execution at the store level.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Growth

- Drive sales through multi-brand kiosks and multi-brand retail outlets.

- Identify opportunities to increase sell-through and improve store performance.

- Monitor store-wise sales performance and implement strategies to grow revenue.

2. Retail Expansion

- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new kiosks, retail stores, and distribution points.

- Expand the brand's presence in key markets and high-potential locations.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners.

3. Store Execution & Merchandising

- Ensure proper display, merchandising, and brand visibility across all outlets.

- Check that testers, displays, and promotional materials are properly placed and maintained.

- Conduct regular store visits to ensure brand guidelines are followed.

4. Inventory & Stock Management

- Monitor stock availability across all retail outlets.

- Coordinate with internal teams to dispatch stock and replenish inventory in a timely manner.

- Prevent stock-outs and ensure optimal inventory levels.

5. Retail Staff Training

- Train retail advisors and store staff on product knowledge, selling techniques, and brand positioning.

- Ensure advisors are confident in recommending products and driving conversions.

6. Internal Coordination

- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and operations teams for smooth stock dispatch and supply chain management.

- Provide regular updates on store performance, stock levels, and retail feedback.

7. Payments & Accounts

- Track payments and receivables from retail partners.

- Coordinate with finance teams to ensure timely collections.

Requirements

- 3-6 years of experience in offline retail sales / modern trade / beauty / lifestyle / FMCG.

- Experience managing multi-brand retail outlets, kiosks, or modern trade partners.

- Strong understanding of retail merchandising and store execution.

- Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills.

- Willingness to travel frequently for store visits.

- Strong organizational and reporting skills.

- Experience in perfume, beauty, cosmetics, or premium lifestyle brands.
