Key Responsibilities
- Paid Media Buying (Meta & Google)
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping)
- Develop creative testing strategies to improve CTRs, ROAS, and CAC
- Manage daily budgets, pacing, and performance to hit monthly growth goals
- Collaborate with the creative team to brief assets tailored for each platform
- Use data insights to refine audience targeting, funnel performance, and messaging
Retention Marketing (Email & WhatsApp)
- Develop and manage lifecycle flows: welcome, cart abandonment, post-purchase, winback, etc.
- Segment customer journeys based on behavior, AOV, and frequency
- Build and deploy WhatsApp campaigns for product drops, re-engagement, and retention
- Analyze open rates, CTRs, conversions, and churn; continuously optimize content and timing
- Ensure brand voice and aesthetics are consistent across retention channels
Analytics & Reporting
- Track performance across channels using platforms like GA4, Meta Ads Manager, Klaviyo (or similar), and WhatsApp tools
- Report weekly/monthly KPIs, insights, and recommendations
- Forecast media spend, CAC, LTV, and retention impact
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in media buying, performance marketing, or growth marketing
- Proven success scaling Meta and Google campaigns for D2C or eCommerce brands
- Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms (e.g. Klaviyo)
- Familiarity with WhatsApp marketing tools like Interakt, Zoko, or similar
- Strong analytical skills and understanding of attribution models
- Comfortable owning both acquisition and retention metrics
- Passionate about growth, testing, and understanding customer behavior
- Experience in beauty, fragrance, or lifestyle brands
