Strategic Leadership:
- Define and execute the brand's short- and long-term business strategy.
- Identify growth opportunities across channels (D2C, retail, partnerships, marketplaces).

Revenue & P&L Ownership:
- Own and drive business KPIs-topline, profitability, margins, and efficiency.
- Manage and optimise budgets across teams to ensure resource-efficient growth.
- Use data and market insights to inform decision-making and strategic shifts.
Cross-Functional Management:
- Lead and align multiple teams (sales, marketing, category, ops, CX).
- Build an agile, high-performing organisation with clear KPIs and accountability.
- Champion collaboration across creative, performance, and operational verticals.
Customer & Brand Focus:
- Keep customer experience at the center of all business decisions.
- Partner with marketing and product teams to ensure brand resonance and innovation.
- Monitor trends and feedback to constantly evolve offerings and positioning.
Operations & Scale
- Streamline systems across inventory, warehousing, logistics, and demand planning.
- Improve efficiency and readiness as the brand scales across geographies and formats.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 3-5 years of experience in a leadership/business role in a consumer-focused company.
- Strong understanding of D2C, digital growth, and brand-led strategies.
- Experience managing P&L and scaling multi-functional teams.
- Data-oriented, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate in a fast-paced setup.
- Strong communication, leadership, and execution capabilities.
