Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Luxury Brand Manager to own and elevate Fraganote's brand identity across all touchpoints. This role requires a strong understanding of luxury consumer behavior, storytelling, aesthetics, and premium brand positioning. You will be responsible for shaping brand strategy, ensuring consistency, and driving long-term brand equity.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute Fraganote's overall luxury brand strategy aligned with business objectives.

- Own brand positioning, tone of voice, visual identity, and storytelling across digital, offline, and experiential platforms.

- Lead brand campaigns, product launches, and seasonal narratives from concept to execution.

- Work closely with creative, marketing, design, influencer, and content teams to ensure a cohesive luxury brand experience.

- Curate and manage collaborations with premium partners, creators, and industry tastemakers.

- Ensure consistent brand representation across packaging, website, social media, retail, PR, and events.

- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and consumer insights within the luxury and fragrance space.

- Manage brand budgets and track ROI for campaigns and initiatives.

- Oversee PR, brand partnerships, and high-impact storytelling moments to enhance brand visibility and desirability.

Requirements & Qualifications:

- 2-5 years of experience in brand management, preferably within luxury, beauty, fragrance, fashion, or lifestyle brands.

- Strong understanding of luxury branding, consumer psychology, and premium aesthetics.

- Proven experience leading brand campaigns and product launches.

- Excellent storytelling, communication, and presentation skills.

- Highly creative with a strong eye for detail and design sensibility.

- Data-driven mindset with the ability to balance creativity and performance metrics.

- Experience working with cross-functional teams and external agencies.

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Branding, Business, or a related field.
