Role Overview:
The Assistant Manager - Talent Acquisition will be responsible for driving end-to-end hiring across corporate, marketing, sales, and operations functions. This role requires strong stakeholder management, hands-on sourcing, and the ability to hire quality talent in a fast-paced startup environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for mid-level and senior roles across functions such as Marketing, Performance Marketing, Influencer Marketing, Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, and Support.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, timelines, and team needs.
- Design and execute effective sourcing strategies using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and direct - outreach.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, assess candidate fit, and coordinate subsequent interview rounds.
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience from first interaction to onboarding.
- Maintain recruitment metrics, reports, and hiring dashboards.
- Support employer branding initiatives, job postings, and talent pipeline building.
- Assist in improving hiring processes, interview frameworks, and TA best practices.
- Coordinate with HR operations for offer rollouts, documentation, and joining formalities.
