
- Fractional Leadership Network Partner (HRMS / HR Tech Partnerships)
About the Role
We are looking for a highly networked and entrepreneurial Fractional Business Lead with strong relationships across the HR and Talent Acquisition ecosystem to support our leadership hiring and executive search business.
The individual will play a strategic role in helping us connect with CHROs, Talent Leaders, HR Heads, and business decision-makers across industries, while enabling leadership hiring conversations and long-term business partnerships.
This is an ideal opportunity for professionals with prior experience in:
- HRMS / HR Tech companies,
- HR consulting,
- Enterprise SaaS,
- Leadership hiring,
- or strategic HR partnerships.
The role is flexible, relationship-driven, and outcome-oriented.
Key Responsibilities
- Leverage existing HR and leadership networks to generate strategic introductions and business opportunities.
- Build relationships with:
- CHROs,
- Talent Acquisition Heads,
- HR Directors,
- Business Leaders,
- and CXO stakeholders.
- Support leadership hiring and executive search discussions across functions and industries.
- Identify organizations actively hiring for leadership or strategic positions.
- Enable meetings, partnership discussions, and business conversations with prospective clients.
- Represent the firm professionally within HR and business communities.
- Provide market intelligence on hiring trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent movement.
- Support brand visibility through HR networking forums, industry events, and leadership communities.
- Collaborate with internal leadership teams on strategic account development.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 8+ years of experience in HRMS, HR Tech, Talent Solutions, Executive Search, HR Consulting, or enterprise business development.
- Strong existing relationships within HR and Talent Acquisition communities.
- Good understanding of leadership hiring and organizational structures.
- Strong networking and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to open strategic business conversations independently.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a consultative approach.
- Strong communication and relationship-building capability.
