Product Manager About the Role In the position of Product Manager within the Foxtale Tech team, your role is pivotal in advancing Foxtale's platform-development mission by enhancing productivity tenfold and ensuring a data-driven approach to product development. You will play a key role in overseeing one or several product charters, coordinating closely with colleagues in product management, engineering, analysis, and data science to ensure the smooth execution of product initiatives. Your ability to manage changes, mitigate risks, communicate effectively, and adapt plans according to the dynamic environment will be vital. We seek Product Managers capable of steering the development of technical products, fostering collaboration, and achieving outcomes with a high degree of autonomy. Key Responsibilities - Lead the development and execution of technical products, ensuring seamless cross-team collaboration, overcoming obstacles, and guiding projects to completion. - Craft and propel the roadmap for specific charters, aligning with Foxtale's continuous product development philosophy while addressing business priorities and impact. - Develop and refine workflows and processes to optimize platform utilization, easing the integration process and enhancing the speed to market for solutions. - Coordinate with stakeholders of the organization to optimize processes, facilitate straightforward execution with actionable plans, manage timely releases, introduce tools for efficiency, and assist teams in implementation. - Consistently update senior management on progress, risks, and adjustments, seeking to enhance processes for optimal efficiency and effectiveness. - Embed metrics throughout the program stages and communications to ensure decisions are made based on data, removing subjectivity. Requirements: A Bachelor's / masters degree in engineering or a comparable amount of practical experience. At least 3 - 5years of direct involvement with highly technical engineering or data teams in a technical product management capacity. Background in software development, data engineering, or analytics is must. Demonstrated experience in managing products/projects across multifunctional teams, establishing lasting processes, and overseeing release schedules. Exceptional communication abilities with the capability to present programs from business, product, and technical viewpoints. A natural understanding of technology with the capacity to grasp new technologies swiftly. Proven skills in conflict resolution and negotiation for effective stakeholder management. A Master's degree in Business Administration or similar experience is a plus. Experience with internal or platform product teams within a rapidly expanding company is beneficial
