Foxtale is a fast-growing D2C skincare brand focused on science-backed, performance-driven products. We are seeking a high-potential individual to join the Founder's Office - Category Team. This is not a conventional role; it's built for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, execution, and category building. You will work as a thought partner to the founder, driving initiatives that shape the company's future while owning outcomes end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities:

- Category Strategy & Execution: Collaborate with the team to design and implement category roadmaps aligned with the company vision.

- Category Problem Ownership: Own the top 3-5 category-level problems end to end (growth, margin, supply, NPD, velocity). Break ambiguous founder-level questions into clear problem statements + action paths.

- Drive decisions with data and speed. Act as the founder's thinking partner on category bets, white spaces, and trade-offs.

Desired Background:

- Education: Engineering or Chartered Accountant (CA).

- Experience: Up to 3 years in a fast-paced environment (consulting, startups, category management, or similar).

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to structure ambiguity.

- Comfort with data-driven decision-making and proficiency in analytical tools.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
