Brand Manager (Commercial & P&L Owner)

At Foxtale, we are looking for a Business Leader who views brand building as a mechanical lever for profitability. You won't just manage aesthetics; you will own the brand's top-line and bottom-line, treating brand equity as a driver for measurable, long-term revenue impact.

Your mission is to move beyond "awareness" and into the realm of Commercial Excellence. You will orchestrate high-velocity GTM plans designed to scale new launches to significant MRR milestones within their first 60 days, all while maintaining the pricing and promotional guardrails that protect our contribution margins.


We need someone who lives in the data-someone who balances full-funnel growth strategy with the analytical rigor to optimize for ROAS & conversion efficiency. Whether you are optimizing packaging for PDP conversion or managing a multi-crore GMV portfolio, your focus remains on sustainable, predictable growth across our D2C and marketplace channels.

Responsibilities:

Driving Scale through DataP&L Architecture:


- You will have full ownership of the brand's top-line and bottom-line.


- This means establishing the pricing and promotional guardrails that protect our margins while ensuring we hit aggressive, predictable growth targets.

Commercial GTM Excellence:


- You won't just launch products; you will orchestrate high-velocity GTM plans designed to scale new launches to significant MRR milestones within their first 60 days.

Omnichannel Command:


- You will lead the demand charter across our D2C platform and marketplaces (Nykaa, Amazon, etc.), ensuring our product architecture and packaging design systems drive digital clutter-breakthrough and PDP conversion.

Analytical Rigor:


- You will live in the data-using cohort analysis, LTV tracking, and market research to identify white spaces and shift strategies in real-time.

Eligibility:

- The Experience: You bring over 5 years of experience navigating high-growth consumer ecosystems where you've successfully scaled portfolio revenue multiple times over.

- The Skillset: You understand the deep mechanics of inventory planning, sales alignment, and contribution margins.

- The Academic Foundation: You hold an MBA from a top-tier institute and have a background that balances technical logic with commercial strategy
