FOXO - Growth Lead

About the Role:

We are looking for a hands-on Growth Lead who has built and scaled B2C products. This is not a strategy-only role - you will execute, experiment, and own growth end-to-end. You will work closely with Product, Design, and Engineering to drive user acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue growth.

What You'll Do:

- Own end-to-end growth funnel: acquisition - activation - retention - referral

- Design and run rapid growth experiments (A/B testing, funnels, landing pages)

- Drive organic + paid growth channels (SEO, social, performance marketing, partnerships)

- Build and optimize conversion funnels and onboarding journeys

- Analyze user behavior using tools (Mixpanel, GA, Amplitude, etc.)

- Work closely with Product to improve user experience and engagement loops

- Identify and unlock growth loops and viral mechanics

What We're Looking For:

- 5+ years of hands-on B2C growth experience

- Proven track record of scaling a product or feature

- Strong understanding of growth frameworks (AARRR, funnel optimization, cohort analysis)

- Ability to execute independently (not just ideate)

- Comfortable with data, experimentation, and fast iteration

- Bonus: Experience in healthtech / consumer apps / AI products
