Role Overview:

- The role involves close collaboration with R&D, design, quality, and manufacturing teams to ensure timely product launches aligned with global standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end product development lifecycle from concept to mass production.

- Coordinate with R&D, design engineering, quality, tooling, and manufacturing teams.

- Drive DFMEA, PFMEA, design validation, and product testing activities.

- Support NPI (New Product Introduction), pilot builds, and ramp-up to mass production.

- Ensure product compliance with quality, cost, delivery, and regulatory standards.

- Work with global stakeholders and customers on product specifications and change management.

- Manage timelines, risks, documentation, and engineering change processes.

- Support localization, cost optimization, and value engineering initiatives.

Requirements:

- 7-10 years of experience in product development within electronics/EMS manufacturing.

- Strong exposure to NPI, DFM/DFA, validation, and mass production readiness.

- Experience working with cross-functional and global teams.

- Engineering degree (Electronics / Electrical / Mechanical preferred).

- Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills.
