We are looking for an experienced Project/Program Manager with strong expertise in Commodity Management, Supply Chain Management (SCM), and NPI (New Product Introduction).

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end material management processes including planning and inventory control.

- NPI projects related to material readiness, ensuring timely availability for proto, pilot, and mass production builds.

- Oversee and guide a team of 5-8 members, providing direction, mentoring, and performance management.

- Project and program management activities, including scheduling, risk management, stakeholder reporting, and delivery tracking.

- Coordinate with engineering, operations, SCM, suppliers, and global cross-functional partners to meet project timelines.

- Serve as the primary customer-facing point, ensuring effective client handling and communication.

- Prepare and deliver high-quality presentations, reports, and updates to leadership and customers.

- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance material availability, reduce delays, and improve build readiness.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 10+ years of experience in Project Management / Program Management / SCM / Material Planning.

- Strong understanding of NPI processes, especially material-related readiness activities.

- Excellent in communication, client interaction, and presentation skills.

- Proven ability to lead and motivate teams (5-8 members).

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional coordination skills.
