The ideal candidate will be a proactive and customer-focused individual who possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills. This position requires the ability to build strong relationships with customers and collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction, solve all product related queries and provide resolution and eventually generate referral business from the existing customers which the RM will be managing. Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for customers who have purchased our medical heart monitoring device. - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional customer service and support. - Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, product development and technology teams, to ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns. - Manage and deliver CSAT and NPS targets for the customers - Monitor customer usage and identify opportunities to generate referrals, upsell or cross-sell additional products or services. - Provide regular updates and reports to management on customer satisfaction, usage, and feedback. - Ensure timely delivery of products and services to customers and coordinate any necessary installation or training. - Keep accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and activities using our CRM system. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Allied Health Courses (E.g. BSC in Pharmacy/Physiotherapy) , Business, Marketing or a related field is preferred. - Proven experience in post-sales account management or customer success, preferably in the healthcare industry. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proven experience in working in Customer Success or as an Relationship manager in international geographies like - USA, Canada, UK, Europe is preferred, though not mandatory - Strong customer service orientation. - Ability to work independently and in a team environment. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Knowledge of medical terminology and cardiovascular health is a plus.
