Drive ROI through strategic PPC planning, keyword research, compelling creatives, and performance optimization. Responsibilities: - End-to-end ownership of Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Performance Max, Remarketing, and Shopping for the USA, UK, and Europe regions. - Analyze and optimize ad campaigns to increase return on investment (ROI). - Develop PPC strategies to increase online sales. - Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify relevant and high-converting keywords for campaigns, ad groups, and landing pages. - Write compelling ad copies and create visually appealing display ads that engage the target audience. Continuously monitor and optimize ads for better performance. - Measure the effectiveness of google ad campaigns to evaluate and improve future performance. - Plan and manage advertising budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation and performance. - Conduct experiments and perform A/B testing to optimize ad elements, including headlines, descriptions, visuals, and landing pages to improve campaign performance. - Analyze marketing and sales-related data to understand efficiency and evaluate what acquisition channels are working best. - Stay updated on industry trends and conduct competitor analysis to identify new opportunities, industry benchmarks, and best practices. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree - 3-5 years of experience in Google Ads. - Advanced knowledge of tools such as google keyword planner, google analytics 4, and google search console. - Ability to analyse campaign data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. - Experience in optimising landing pages, A/B testing, data analysis, and marketing automation tools. - Highly analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret performance data, analyse campaign goals, and adjust key performance drivers. - Knowledge of SEO & online search mediums. - Excellent analytical, verbal, and communication skills. - Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment. - Experience in working in a fast paced startup environment Desirable criteria: Proven experience managing campaigns in the USA and UK markets.
