Were building a modern home-furnishing e-commerce brand focused on premium, well-designed everyday products. Founded by an IIM + NID team and backed by pre-seed funding, were now building our core team.

Role Overview:

As an early operations hire, youll build and scale the entire operations & logistics function from scratchfrom vendors to last-mile delivery. High ownership, fast learning, real impact.

What Youll Do:

- Set up end-to-end operations & logistics from ground zero

- Design systems, processes, SLAs, cost structures & escalation matrices

- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and logistics partners

- Manage inventory, warehousing, and stock tracking

- Ensure smooth order fulfillment and on-time deliveries

- Handle customer communication for deliveries, returns, and issues

- Work closely with founders to continuously improve ops

Who You Are:

- Tier-1 college graduate

- 1+ year experience (ops / supply chain / startups preferred)

- Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-changing environments

- Strong coordination & communication skills

- Ownership-driven, execution-focused
