Key Responsibilities:
- Build and own US demand and lead generation from zero to predictable pipeline
- Drive outbound-first sales motions: cold email, cold calling, LinkedIn, account-based outreach
- Identify ICPs, target accounts, and buying personas in collaboration with founders/AEs
- Generate, qualify, and convert leads into sales-ready opportunities
- Own early-funnel metrics: leads generated, meetings booked, pipeline value created
- Create and continuously refine sales messaging, cadences, and outreach playbooks
- Use CRM and sales tools with discipline (Salesforce/HubSpot, Outreach, Apollo, etc.)
- Work directly with founders and sales leadership on GTM experimentation
- Lay the foundation for future SDR / demand team scale-up
Required Experience & Skills:
- 7-15 years of experience in B2B SaaS / Enterprise Sales or Demand Generation
- Strong experience selling to the US market (enterprise or mid-market buyers)
- Proven ability to generate pipeline in early-stage or fast-growing environments
Nice to Have:
- Early-stage startup or 01 GTM experience
- Experience working directly with founders
- Exposure to AI, SaaS platforms, data, or enterprise products
