Founding Member - Growth Marketing - D2C & Marketplaces

About Us:
We're building a modern home-furnishing e-commerce brand focused on premium, well-designed everyday products. Founded by an IIM + NID team and backed by pre-seed funding, were now forming our founding team.
Role Overview:
As a Founding Member Growth Marketing, youll own customer acquisition and revenue growth from day one. This is a highly hands-on role where youll build, execute, and scale growth channels across D2C and marketplaces, working directly with the founders.
What Youll Do:
- Own end-to-end performance marketing across Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads
- Scale D2C acquisition funnels: prospecting, retargeting, and retention
- Drive marketplace growth via ads, deals, and visibility on Amazon/Flipkart
- Manage and optimize CAC, ROAS, LTV, and contribution margins
- Build experimentation frameworks for creatives, audiences, offers, and funnels
- Collaborate closely with founders, design, and ops to improve conversion and AOV
- Set up dashboards, reporting, and growth playbooks from scratch
What Were Looking For:
- 2 to 5 years of hands-on growth/performance marketing experience in D2C brands
- Strong execution experience with Meta and Google Ads (budget ownership is a must)
- Marketplace marketing experience (Amazon/Flipkart) is required
- Data-driven mindset with strong intuition for creatives and consumer behavior
- Comfort operating in zero-to-one, fast-moving startup environments
- High ownership, hustle, and problem-solving attitude
