Type: This role has 5 Days Work From Office & Saturdays are flexible (either WFO/ WFH).

Role Overview:
We are looking for a mature, hands-on HR Business Partner who will own Talent Acquisition, HRBP, and People Operations end-to-end.
This is a 01 role, and we are specifically looking for
someone comfortable building and owning people processes independently.
This role is not limited to advisory HRBP work, it requires strong execution across hiring, employee lifecycle, and people operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end Talent Acquisition across teams
- Act as a trusted HRBP to founders and leadership, handling complex people matters and tough conversations
- Manage people operations including payroll, bonuses, increments, ESOP-related discussions, and compliance
- Drive performance management, KPI tracking, and compensation planning
- Be the go-to person for employees for all people-related matters
- Build, improve, and scale people processes suited for a fast-growing startup
Required Experience & Skills:
- 5 - 6+ years of experience across HRBP, Talent Acquisition, and HR Operations
- Prior experience in a 0 - 1 or early-stage startup environment
- Hands-on experience with compensation, increments, bonuses, payroll, and ESOP-related discussions
- High level of maturity and ownership - someone the team can trust and look up to
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and managing sensitive conversations
