Role : Founding GTM Partner
Location : Remote
Role Overview
Looking for a Founding GTM Partner to build and scale the go-to-market function from the ground up for a category-defining deep tech infrastructure product. This role requires turning strong technical validation and early enterprise interest into a structured, repeatable revenue pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and execute end-to-end GTM strategy (ICP, positioning, messaging, pricing, channels)
- Convert early enterprise interest into qualified pipeline and revenue
- Own full-cycle enterprise sales (discovery to closure)
- Design and automate the complete GTM stack (CRM, outreach, analytics, workflows)
- Develop scalable sales playbooks and pitch frameworks
- Engage with senior technical stakeholders (CTOs, CDOs, Engineering Leaders)
- Hire, train, and manage early GTM team members
- Establish partnerships and ecosystem channels
Required :
- Proven experience selling deep tech / infrastructure products to enterprise clients
- Demonstrated track record of building GTM from zero (not operating on an inherited playbook)
- Strong understanding of modern data stacks (databases, vector search, graph systems, distributed infra)
- Expertise in GTM automation and pipeline generation
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership and execution focus
