Founders' Office Role - Healthcare/HealthTech

We're looking for a Founders' Office Associate (1-3 years experience) to work directly with the founders and drive high-impact initiatives across growth, business operations, partnerships, GTM, and strategy.

What You'll Do

- Drive business growth, revenue, and customer acquisition initiatives

- Support GTM launches, partnerships, and expansion projects

- Own cross-functional execution across sales, marketing, and operations

- Build dashboards, track KPIs, and generate actionable business insights

- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions

What We're Looking For

- 1-3 years in startups, consulting, business operations, growth, or business development

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets proficiency

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

- High ownership, commercial acumen, and execution focus
