About the Role

We are looking for a highly driven and strategic operator to join the Founders Office as a Chief of Staff / Strategic Generalist.

This is a high-ownership role designed for individuals who thrive in fast-paced, high-performance environments and enjoy solving complex business problems across multiple functions. You will work directly with the founders on strategic initiatives spanning operations, growth, product, finance, automation, and organizational scaling.

The ideal candidate is someone who can independently navigate ambiguity, think from first principles, and execute with speed and precision. One quarter you may be building AI-driven operational workflows, while the next you could be launching a new business vertical, improving unit economics, or setting up scalable internal systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Own and execute high-impact strategic projects from ideation to implementation.

- Work closely with founders to translate business priorities into actionable execution plans.

- Drive cross-functional coordination across product, engineering, operations, finance, and marketing teams.

- Conduct market research, benchmarking, and operational analysis to support business decisions.

- Identify automation opportunities and process inefficiencies to improve scalability and efficiency.

- Build operational playbooks, SOPs, and scalable internal systems.

- Prepare strategic presentations, investor updates, and leadership communication materials.

- Lead rapid problem-solving initiatives and independently drive execution in ambiguous environments.

- Support business expansion, GTM initiatives, and operational scaling projects.

- Collaborate with technical teams on AI, analytics, and workflow automation initiatives.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Experience

- 3+ years of experience in high-performance environments such as consulting, investment banking, high-growth startups, strategy, operations, or product-focused roles.

- Prior experience working directly with founders or leadership teams is preferred.

- Startup founding or early-stage core team experience is a strong plus.

Educational Background

- Undergraduate degree from IIT, NIT, IIIT, BITS, or equivalent Tier-1 institutions preferred.

Skills & Competencies

- Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving ability.

- High ownership mindset with the ability to independently drive outcomes.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration abilities.

- Comfortable working with spreadsheets, SQL, basic Python, and data-driven decision-making tools.
