Role Summary:

We are looking for a high-potential individual to work directly with the founders on building the people and organization foundation of a fast-scaling e-commerce company. This role sits in the Founder's Office and focuses on org design, performance systems, leadership enablement, and talent planning, with selective involvement in key hiring decisions. The role is ideal for someone who thinks structurally, enjoys ambiguity, and wants to shape how teams, incentives, and culture scale alongside the business.

What You'll Do

- Org & People Strategy: Design org structures aligned to growth stages; define role clarity, ownership, and decision-making frameworks.

- Performance & Incentives: Build and evolve OKRs/KPIs, performance reviews, and incentive structures tied to business outcomes.

- Leadership & Culture: Translate values into operating principles; support managers with goal-setting, feedback, and execution cadence.

- Talent Planning & Hiring Support: Own workforce planning and partner with recruiters and hiring managers on priority roles and hiring decisions.

- Founder's Office Projects: Lead high-impact initiatives related to productivity, attrition, restructuring, or scaling challenges.

What We're Looking For

- Strong academic and analytical foundation.

- 2-6 years of experience in consulting, strategy, founder's office, operations, or high growth startups.

- Ability to link people's decisions to business metrics and outcomes.

- High ownership mindset and comfort operating in ambiguity.

- Strong communication skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders.

- Genuine interest in people strategy and organization building.
