We are looking for a high-impact operator to act as a force multiplier for the founders. This isn't a strategy-only role; you will own GTM initiatives end-to-end, from first-principles design to daily execution and team leadership.
The Mandate
- GTM Strategy & Execution: Own the ABM motion, ICP evolution, and messaging frameworks. You'll unify outbound, brand, and partnerships into a cohesive growth flywheel.
- Operational Rigor: Diagnose funnel bottlenecks and translate ambitious targets into clear operating cadences, dashboards, and optimization loops.
- Team Leadership: Hire, mentor, and scale multi-layer GTM teams, instilling a culture of high accountability and ownership.
- Scaling: Build processes, charters, and execution frameworks from scratch to drive 10x growth.
Ideal Candidate:
You are a "builder" with a background in Founder's Office, GTM Strategy, or Revenue Ops, thriving in high-growth startup environments.
Mandatory Requirements:
Experience: 6-12 years in Founder's Office, GTM Strategy, Growth, or as an Ex-Founder. (Note: PM profiles will not be considered).
Leadership: Direct experience managing a team of at least 2+ members.
Execution: Proven track record of owning high-impact initiatives directly with founders and scaling journeys (0- 1 or 1- 10).
Academic: Undergraduate degree from Top 7 IITs (KGP, BOM, MDR, KNP, DEL, RKR, GWH) or BITS Pilani (Pilani Campus).
Batch: Graduation year between 2015 and 2020.
Compensation: Current CTC must be >35 LPA.
Preferred Attributes:
Tier-1 internship or full-time role immediately post-graduation.
Strong extracurricular leadership pedigree.
Ability to balance high-level strategic thinking with hands-on "in the trenches" execution.
