Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly driven and analytical individual to join our Founder's Office as a Growth and Revenue Strategist. This role will work directly with the Founder and senior leadership to drive strategic growth initiatives, optimize revenue streams, and develop product strategies that align with business objectives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing market trends, identifying growth opportunities, and implementing data-driven strategies to accelerate user acquisition, engagement, and revenue generation. This role will collaborate closely with the marketing, product, and sales teams to ensure seamless execution and impactful results, ultimately contributing to the company's overall success and market leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies to acquire new users and increase user engagement, focusing on sustainable and scalable approaches.
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with the product team to define and prioritize product features that drive user growth, engagement, and revenue.
- Design and implement revenue management strategies to optimize pricing, promotions, and monetization models, maximizing revenue potential.
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to track key performance indicators (KPIs), identify areas for improvement, and measure the effectiveness of growth initiatives.
- Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align growth strategies with marketing campaigns and sales efforts, ensuring a cohesive and integrated approach.
- Present findings and recommendations to the Founder and senior leadership, providing insights and actionable plans to drive business growth.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key metrics and provide regular updates on growth performance.
Required Skillset:
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful growth marketing strategies in a startup environment.
- Proven expertise in revenue management, pricing optimization, and monetization strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences.
- Deep understanding of product strategy and the ability to collaborate with product teams to drive user growth and engagement.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree from IIT.
- 6-10 years of relevant experience in growth marketing, revenue management, or product strategy, preferably in a startup or technology company.
