Role Overview:

As part of the Founder's Office, you will be instrumental in driving the growth and revenue strategies for the company. This role involves working closely with the founders and leadership team to identify, develop, and execute initiatives that accelerate customer acquisition, increase sales, and optimize marketing efforts. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product, and engineering, to ensure alignment and effective execution of growth plans. Your work will directly impact the company's ability to reach new customers, expand market share, and achieve ambitious revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement comprehensive growth strategies aligned with the company's overall objectives, focusing on sustainable and scalable revenue generation.

- Lead the execution of growth marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing, content marketing, and partnerships, to acquire new customers and increase brand awareness.

- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic decisions.

- Collaborate with the sales team to optimize sales processes, improve conversion rates, and drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies.

- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to growth and revenue, providing regular reports and insights to the leadership team.

- Experiment with new growth tactics and technologies, iterating based on data and results to continuously improve performance.

- Manage and optimize the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry influencers, to drive growth and revenue opportunities.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful growth strategies that drive revenue growth and customer acquisition.

- Proven expertise in growth marketing, including digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree from IIT (mandatory).

- Adaptable to a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment and comfortable working on-site in Bangalore.

- 6-10 years of experience in growth marketing and sales.
