About the Role:
We are looking for a high-ownership operator to work closely with the founders and drive Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy and scaling initiatives end-to-end. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution and is ideal for candidates who enjoy building systems, processes, and growth engines from scratch.
You will act as a force multiplier for leadership, translating ambitious growth goals into structured execution, operating rhythms, and scalable frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
GTM Strategy & Execution
- Own and drive the end-to-end Account-Based Marketing (ABM) motion by aligning outbound, brand, and partnership initiatives into a unified GTM engine.
- Define and evolve Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) segmentation and targeting strategy.
- Establish structured account and lead management practices.
- Develop messaging frameworks and run multi-channel experimentation initiatives.
- Introduce automation to improve GTM precision and scalability.
- Identify funnel bottlenecks using data-driven analysis and collaborate with channel owners to resolve them.
Translate growth targets into:
- Clear execution cadences
- Performance dashboards and success metrics
- Continuous optimisation loops based on first-principles thinking
- Drive regular pipeline reviews, operating stand-ups, and execution tracking across GTM and Revenue Operations teams.
- Build scalable reporting structures, playbooks, and metrics to enable rapid iteration and growth.
Building & Leading GTM Teams
- Hire, mentor, and scale multi-layer GTM teams across managers and individual contributors.
- Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, and execution excellence.
- Improve GTM operating standards through structured processes and clear decision frameworks.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
We are seeking candidates with strong experience across Founder's Office, Growth, GTM Strategy, Strategy & Operations, or Revenue Operations roles within startup or high-growth environments.
Mandatory Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience across Founder's Office, GTM Strategy, Growth, Strategy, Consulting, Revenue Operations, startup leadership, venture-backed environments, or entrepreneurial roles.
- Proven experience working directly with founders or senior leadership on high-impact initiatives with end-to-end ownership.
- Hands-on people management experience with at least 2 direct reports.
- Demonstrated contribution to scaling journeys such as 0- 1, 1- 10, or 1- 100 growth phases.
- Strong first-principles thinking with execution ownership beyond advisory responsibilities.
- Undergraduate degree from leading institutions such as IITs (Kharagpur, Mumbai, Madras, Kanpur, Delhi, Roorkee, Guwahati) or BITS Pilani (Pilani campus).
- Graduation year between 2015-2020.
- Overall professional experience not exceeding 12 years.
Note: This role is focused on GTM and business execution; candidates primarily aligned with Product Management roles may not be the best fit.
Preferred Background:
- Tier-1 internship or early career experience in high-performance environments.
- Demonstrated leadership or extracurricular achievements during graduation.
- Experience in high-growth startups or scaling organizations.
