We want to connect if you have: 1) Been the go-to problem solver, anticipating needs, and providing creative solutions. 2) Experience with the top tier consulting firms of the world or prior Investment Banking experience with top tier firms. 3) Startup experience background which is preferred but not mandatory. 4) 5+ years of experience; with MBA/PGDM from Tier-1 colleges. Day-to- Day Responsibilities: 1) Collaborate closely with the founder and executive team to develop and execute strategic initiatives that support the company's growth objectives. 2) Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities, trends, and competition. Develop and execute strategic plans for expansion and revenue growth in new geographies 3) Lead business development efforts by identifying potential partners, negotiating partnerships, and establishing mutually beneficial relationships. 4) Drive the FP&A process and collaborate on financial decision making. Deeply involved in investor relations and other fundraising aspects. 5) Work cross-functionally with teams such as product, operations, marketing, and finance to align strategies and ensure successful execution. 6) Involve themselves in the product and help guide it accordingly. Act as a category expert and stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive developments. 7) Foster a culture of collaborative problem-solving, working closely with various stakeholders to overcome challenges and achieve shared goals.
