About the Role:

The Founders Office (Finance) role is a pivotal position designed to bring strategic leadership and execution excellence to our fast-paced environment in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. With 8 to 15 years of experience, you will be instrumental in transforming vision into action, ensuring our growth strategies are well-aligned and effectively implemented. This is a new role created to address the need for structured bandwidth to enhance our go-to-market strategies and maintain competitive intelligence.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle investments, finance, and M&A for the company.

- Collaborate with the founder to define and execute strategic priorities, including new business initiatives, market expansion, and operational improvements.

- Drive end-to-end planning, execution, and monitoring of strategic programs, ensuring timely delivery, stakeholder alignment, and measurable impact.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

8-15 years of experience in one or more of the following :

- Investment Banking (Technology / SaaS focus preferred)

- Corporate Development / M&A at a tech or SaaS company

- Management Consulting Strategy

- Private Equity / Venture Capital fund investing in technology businesses (strongly preferred)

- Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets.

- Strong reporting skills and the ability to interpret data to drive strategic decisions.

- Proven track record in handling investments, finance, and M&A activities.

- Excellent communication and leadership skills to work effectively with the founder and other stakeholders.
