Job Title: Assistant Chief of Staff - Founders' office Responsibilities : - Build a partner ecosystem that can help us in shaping our product roadmap and unlocking growth opportunities. - Solving problems through structured thinking, research, project planning, and on-ground execution. - Owning responsibilities across domains such as strategy, marketing, operations, and partnerships to unlock opportunities for Soptle. - Bring together our existing product offerings and design new ones to drive key business metrics for the company. - Work directly with the founders on existing business and agenda. - Work on special projects which are essential for the growth of the businesses. - Develop innovation roadmap and new market entry strategies. - Provides a bridge of communication between the Founders and the Internal & External stakeholders. - Successfully completes critical aspects of deliverables with a hands-on approach, that facilitate the Founder's ability to effectively lead the organization. - Taking full ownership of the tasks which are to be done, to assist the Founders in their day to day operations. - Plan, implement and manage public relations programs - Plan and budget for PR events, programs and initiatives - Help in designing and reviewing a variety of promotional and marketing materials - Design and review the online content in media announcements and media kits - Monitor corporate image frequently and ensure it is in compliance with company brand - Check and manage content produced for website and social media channels - Develop and implement PR policies and procedures - Determine KPIs for PR department - Measure and provide reports on each PR campaign - Build long-term relationships with all relevant stakeholders, such as local government, media people, politicians - Recruit, hire, onboard and train new members of the public relations team - Produce content for various speeches, events, hearings... - Develop and implement crisis communications advice and media strategy, as needed - Conceive and develop efficient and intuitive marketing strategies - Organize and oversee advertising/communication campaigns (social media, TV etc.), exhibitions and promotional events - Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures - Initiate and control surveys to assess customer requirements and dedication - Write copy for diverse marketing distributions (brochures, press releases, website material etc.) - Maintain relationships with media vendors and publishers to ensure collaboration in promotional activities - Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance - Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses Requirements: - Experience working in a management/strategy domain or in a fast-paced startup environment. - A keen interest in learning about business. - You are an entrepreneur at heart, i.e you are not only excited about startups but also really understand what it is like to work in one. - You do not wait for instructions and guidelines but believe in taking end-to-end ownership of things. - You are excited to learn new things and do not shy away from going above and beyond the traditional growth paths. You have strong communication skills. - You can quickly adapt to the changing environment and are quick to pick up new skills if required to get the job done. - Should be able to work with multiple internal and external stakeholders. - Has the ability to break down a problem into smaller chunks and the ability to balance between the big picture and tactical activities - Previous working experience as Public Relations Specialist for at least 3+ years - BSc/BA in PR, communications, journalism or similar relevant field - A proven track record of successful PR campaigns - Excellent communication, presentation and leadership skills - Outstanding organizational and time management skills - Aptitude in presentation and public speaking - Attention to details
