Were at Seed stage, scaling quickly, and looking for a sharp operator to join the founders inner circle.

The Role

As the Founders Office & Investor Relations Lead, youll work directly with the founders across external-facing strategic projectsfrom capital to growth to market intelligence. Youll own fundraising support, investor reporting, and select founder-led initiatives that shape the companys direction. You wont be buried in internal ops. Youll be crafting strategy decks, building financial models, running investor processes, and making sure the founder is always one step ahead.

This is a high-trust, high-autonomy role for someone who can think like a VC, write like a strategist, and move like a founder.

What You'll Own:

- Fundraising Support: Craft our pitch, sharpen our story, own the model, and run the end-to-end capital raise process alongside the founders.

- Investor Relations: Drive all reporting, updates, and investor communications. Own data, decks, and clarity

- Strategic Projects: Run zero-to-one projects at the founder levelnew categories, drop strategy, monetization, cross-border research

- Market Intelligence: Benchmark competitors, decode global players (e.g., Shein, PDD, Temu), and synthesize learnings into action

- External Comms: Help the founder prep for press, panels, investor calls, and strategic partnerships

What You Bring:

- 3 - 5 years in top-tier consulting or strategy/growth at a fast-scaling startup

- Analytical sharpness - can break down a business in slides or sheets

- Storytelling and comms - clear writing, investor-ready decks, data-backed thinking

- Hustle with polish - high output and high quality under pressure

- Interest in commerce, Gen Z culture, or the business of fashion is a major plus
