Role Overview:
We are looking for a high-calibre, driven professional to work closely with the Founders Office, driving strategic initiatives, business priorities and cross-functional execution. The role offers direct exposure to leadership, strategic decision-making and key business functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Founder on strategic projects, business planning and execution.
- Drive cross-functional initiatives and ensure timely delivery of key business priorities.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis and identify growth opportunities.
- Analyse business metrics, prepare reports and provide actionable insights.
- Coordinate with functional leaders to track progress, resolve bottlenecks and drive accountability.
- Support leadership reviews, presentations and special projects.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Graduate/Postgraduate from a Tier 1 university (IIT/IIM/ISB or equivalent).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and project execution capabilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.
- Highly organised, proactive and comfortable dealing with ambiguity.
- Prior experience in management consulting, strategy, business operations or a startup's Founder's Office is preferred.
