
We are looking for a high-calibre Founder's Office professional to work closely with the Founder on strategy, execution, and cross-functional problem-solving. This role is ideal for candidates from top-tier consulting or strategy roles who want to transition into an operator role within a fast-growing food company.
You will act as an extension of the Founder, driving key initiatives across growth, operations, supply chain, and commercial strategy.
Key Responsibilities;
1. Strategy & Business Planning:
- Work with the Founder to define short- and long-term strategic priorities
- Build business cases, market assessments, and financial models for new initiatives
- Track company-level KPIs and drive performance reviews
2. Cross-Functional Execution;
- Lead and execute high-priority projects cutting across sales, marketing, supply chain, and finance
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of strategic initiatives
- Identify execution bottlenecks and drive resolution
3. Growth & Expansion Initiatives:
- Support evaluation and launch of new products, channels, and geographies
- Analyze customer, channel, and pricing data to unlock growth opportunities
- Assist in partnerships, distributor evaluation, and strategic alliances
4. Founder Support & Stakeholder Management:
- Prepare decision notes, presentations, and board / investor updates
- Act as a thought partner to the Founder on complex business decisions
- Follow up on key action items and ensure closure
5. Process & Scale Enablement:
- Help institutionalize processes, dashboards, and review mechanisms
- Support org structure, governance, and cadence as the company scales
- Bring structured problem-solving and data-driven thinking into day-to-day operations
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 2-6 years of experience in management consulting, strategy, or founder-led roles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Comfort working in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
- Ability to switch between strategy and hands-on execution
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
