Founder's Office - Logistics, Supply Chain & Operations

Role Overview:

We are seeking a high-impact Founder's Office professional to work closely with the Founder and senior leadership team on logistics, supply chain, and operations transformation initiatives. This is a hands-on, execution-heavy role that requires strong ownership across planning, vendor management, cost optimization, and operational excellence, while driving cross-functional alignment.

The role will act as an extension of the Founder, translating strategic priorities into on-ground execution across logistics, warehousing, and fulfillment operations, and ensuring disciplined follow-through at scale.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic & High-Priority Initiatives:

- Lead critical, cross-functional projects spanning strategy, new business opportunities, partnerships, product expansion, and GTM execution

- Drive end-to-end ownership from problem framing to execution and measurable outcomes

Founder Enablement:

- Act as a thought partner to the Founder, enabling sharper decision-making through structured problem-solving, data analysis, and actionable insights

- Prepare deep-dives, business cases, and recommendations for key leadership decisions

Business Reviews & OKRs:

- Institutionalize org-wide planning, OKRs, and performance review mechanisms

- Drive cadence, accountability, and outcome orientation across leadership and functional teams

Cross-functional Execution:

- Work closely with operations, logistics, supply chain, product, marketing, and finance teams

- Identify execution bottlenecks and unblock issues to accelerate growth and efficiency

Special & Stealth Projects:

- Own high-impact, experimental, or stealth initiatives that don't fall neatly into existing functions but are critical for scaling

- Build clarity and momentum in ambiguous problem spaces

Organizational Development:

- Support org design, culture building, and hiring processes as the company scales

- Help define operating rhythms and execution standards across teams

Ideal Profile:

Education: Tier-1 undergraduate degree; MBA preferred
