Key Responsibilities:
Founder Enablement & Strategic Support:
- Translate founder priorities into structured execution plans with crisp ownership, measurable outcomes, and timely follow-through.
- Drive cross-functional special projects across fundraising, hiring, product, partnerships, and operations - ensuring momentum and precision.
- Anticipate needs, preempt bottlenecks, and act as the founder's operational and strategic right hand.
Strategic Hiring & Organization Initiatives:
- Lead or co-drive key organizational initiatives - from new product sprints to internal transformation projects.
- Partner closely with founders to identify, attract, and onboard strategic hires and advisors critical to the company's growth trajectory.
- Build scalable processes for evaluating, recruiting, and retaining high-performing talent aligned with company values.
Investor & Stakeholder Management:
- Own investor communications - drafting updates, collating performance data, and tracking commitments with rigor.
- Maintain structured relationship pipelines across investors, advisors, and strategic partners.
- Prepare board and investor materials with clarity, precision, and storytelling excellence.
Network & Relationship Management:
- Leverage and expand the founders' professional networks for sales, hiring, and ecosystem partnerships.
- Manage introductions, nurture follow-ups, and ensure relationship maps are updated and actioned.
- Build high-trust, high-velocity communication loops with key ecosystem stakeholders.
Communications & Personal Branding:
- Manage and scale the founders' presence across digital platforms (especially LinkedIn): content drafting, ghostwriting, campaign planning, and analytics.
- Ensure consistency in narrative, tone, and brand voice across all communication touchpoints.
- Track engagement metrics and continuously refine storytelling to amplify reach and influence.
Operational Excellence & Execution Rigor:
- Build dashboards, trackers, and reporting mechanisms to monitor execution progress and organizational health.
- Identify operational gaps early, suggest solutions, and ensure closure without escalations.
- Never miss deadlines - operate with a mindset of complete reliability and ethical transparency.
