What You'll Do:

- Partner directly with the founder and leaders on game-changing challenges.

- Launch and scale initiatives across teams, like new production lines.

- Own metrics, processes, and revenue pushes in key markets.

- Solve wild, cross-functional puzzles and shape our product roadmap with real-world insights

Who We're Looking For:

- CA or IIT/BITS - B.Tech grad with 1-3 years of experience & strong business acumen

- Thrives in ambiguity, takes ownership, and closes every loop

- Curious, fast learning, and unafraid to work at any level

- Hands-on with data and analytics - can run and build models, interpret results, and turn numbers into decisions; not just a user of AI tools but someone who knows what's under the hood

- Comfortable building and deploying AI/ML models - whether it's forecasting demand, optimising routes, or finding the insight buried in a messy dataset

- Has an entrepreneurial spark - you may be building your own venture someday, and this is where that instinct gets trained, tested, and sharpened for real
