Founder's Office Role - IIM/ISB/FMS/MDI

ABOUT THE ROLE :

We are looking for an exceptional high-potential professional to work directly with the founders and become part of the Founder's Office.

This is not a traditional functional role. The individual will serve as an extension of the founders, driving strategic initiatives, solving critical business problems, and ensuring flawless execution of key priorities across the organization.

The role offers unparalleled exposure to company-building, leadership decision-making, business strategy, operations, product, growth, and execution.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Work directly with founders on high-priority strategic initiatives.

- Drive cross-functional projects from ideation to execution.

- Translate strategic decisions into actionable execution plans.

- Track and operationalize founder priorities across teams.

- Build processes, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms.

- Conduct business analysis, market research, and competitive intelligence.

- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.

- Solve ambiguous business challenges with structured thinking.

- Own special projects and founder-led initiatives.

- Act as the connective tissue between strategy and execution.

IDEAL CANDIDATE :

- 2 - 3 years of experience in consulting, strategy, operations, product, growth, analytics, venture capital, investment banking, or high-growth startups.

- Strong academic pedigree from Tier-1 institutions.

- Demonstrated ownership and execution excellence.

- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.

- Entrepreneurial mindset with bias for action.

- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.
