About the Role:
The Founder's Office is not a conventional role - it's a high-velocity learning track for someone who wants to build businesses, not just careers. You'll work directly with the founder, touching everything from growth strategy to operations to fundraising. If you thrive in ambiguity, move fast, and want a front-row seat to building a brand from the inside, this is your role.
What You'll Do:
- Own and drive high-priority projects across functions - growth, product, operations, partnerships
- Prepare reports, decks, and briefs for internal and external stakeholders
- Research markets, competitors, and trends to inform strategic decisions
- Identify operational gaps and build systems to fix them
- Act as a force multiplier for the founder - pick up what falls through the cracks
- Coordinate across teams to ensure key initiatives stay on track
What We're Looking For:
- 1-3 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, or early-stage startups (or a stellar internship track record)
- Strong first-principles thinking and structured problem-solving
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels - sometimes in the same day
- High EQ, hustle, and the ability to handle ambiguity without breaking a sweat
- Deep curiosity about building brands and businesses
What Makes You Stand Out:
- You've done something that required you to figure it out on your own - no playbook, no blueprint
- You think about what needs to happen next, not just what you were asked to do
- You've worked in or closely with a consumer brand or D2C startup
Why Join:
- Direct exposure to founder-level decision making
- Opportunity to work across multiple functions
- Steep learning curve with real ownership from day one
