About the Role:

The Founders Office (Finance) role is a pivotal position designed to bring strategic leadership and execution excellence to our fast-paced environment in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

With 5 to 8 years of experience, you will be instrumental in transforming vision into action, ensuring our growth strategies are well-aligned and effectively implemented.

This is a new role created to address the need for structured bandwidth to enhance our market strategies and maintain competitive intelligence.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle investments, finance, and M&A for the company.

2. Collaborate with the founder to define and execute strategic priorities, including new business initiatives, market expansion, and operational improvements.

3. Drive end-to-end planning, execution, and monitoring of strategic programs, ensuring timely delivery, stakeholder alignment, and measurable impact.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

1. 5 to 8 years of experience in a relevant field.

2. Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets.

3. Strong reporting skills and the ability to interpret data to drive strategic decisions.

4. Proven track record in handling investments, finance, and M&A activities.

5. Excellent communication and leadership skills to work effectively with the founder and other stakeholders.
