WHAT YOU WILL DO:
The core of the role - written plainly.
Founder support:
- Manage the CEO's priorities- setting the right context, the right questions and the decision framework
- Own some external relationships - advisors, investors, partners, the expert panel - ensuring follow-through on every commitment
- Take some projects and tasks from the organisation's list and execute
Strategic execution:
- Track every major initiative across the business - know what is on track, what isn't, and why
- Run the operating rhythm of the organisation - weekly priorities, cross-team syncs, board and advisor updates
- Take on specific projects at the CEO's direction - from market research to partnership scoping to investor materials
Cross-functional glue:
- Spot where teams are misaligned or where context isn't flowing - and fix it before it becomes a problem
- Draft communications on behalf of the founder - internal and external, from team updates to partner correspondence
- Problem solve concerns as they come up with other leaders in the organisation
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Skills and experience matter. We hire for the person first. Here is what we mean by that for this role
Experience & background:
You will likely have - though we care more about what you have done than where you have been.
- 4-8 years of experience - in consulting, venture, early-stage operations, or a founder-adjacent role
- A track record of getting things done in ambiguous environments where the structure doesn't yet exist
- Exceptional writing - you can synthesise complex information into something clear and useful
- Commercial fluency - you can read a financial model, understand a unit economics argument, and ask the right questions
It would be useful if you also have:
- Experience in health, wellness or consumer ventures
- Genuine interest in what we are building - not just in the career opportunity
