Founder's Office Role - Cold Chain Startup - IIM/IIT/ISB

About the Company:

A fast-growing startup building one of India's widest networks of reliable, integrated cold chain infrastructure spanning frozen, chilled, and ambient storage, refrigerated transportation, and last-mile distribution to General Trade, Modern Trade, and HoReCa channels. The team includes professionals from Harvard Business School, IITs, ISB, and IIMs with backgrounds across startups and corporates in operations, strategy, and business development.

About the Role:

We're hiring for a high-ownership, high-visibility role in the Founder's Office, working directly with the CEO on the problems that matter most to the business right now. The mandate shifts based on company priorities zero-to-one initiatives, fixing broken processes, driving key projects, or representing the founder in critical conversations. Ideal for someone who wants entrepreneurial exposure with startup speed and ownership, and who may be considering or building toward starting their own venture.

Key Responsibilities:

- Work directly with the founder(s) on top priorities: market expansion, new business lines, fundraising, partnerships, and operational bottlenecks

- Drive special projects end-to-end define, plan, execute, report often with no fixed playbook

- Translate founder intent into structured plans that Ops, Sales, and Tech teams can execute against

- Build dashboards and reviews that give leadership visibility into what's working

- Represent the founder's office with partners, investors, and key accounts

- Identify inefficiencies and design/implement fixes

- Support fundraising: data rooms, investor decks, diligence, market research

- Bring structure to ambiguous, undefined problems

Desired Candidate Profile:

- MBA from a top-tier institution (IIM or equivalent)

- 4 - 5 years of total experience, with meaningful startup/venture exposure as a founder, early employee, consultant, or investor

- High ownership mindset; comfortable operating in ambiguity without detailed direction

- Strong analytical and problem-structuring skills

- Excellent stakeholder communication

- Prior entrepreneurial experience is a strong plus
