About the Role:

We are looking for a high-calibre strategy professional to work closely with the founders on identifying, evaluating and launching new AI products and business opportunities. This is a high-ownership role combining strategy, AI, product thinking and 0 - 1 execution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and evaluate new AI, product and business opportunities through market, customer and competitive research.

- Develop business cases, product concepts, pricing and go-to-market strategies and present recommendations to the founders.

- Work with Product, Engineering and Design teams to prototype, validate and launch new initiatives.

- Engage with senior stakeholders and potential customers to validate opportunities and build early adoption.

- Own initiatives end-to-end from concept - validation - launch - early traction, with the opportunity to eventually lead a new product/business vertical.

What We're Looking For:

- 2 - 3 years of experience at BCG, Bain, McKinsey, TAS or a comparable top-tier strategy consulting firm, with experience leading engagements.

- Strong structured problem-solving, business judgement and executive communication.

- Good understanding of AI, technology, digital products or SaaS; hands-on experience with AI tools is a strong advantage.

- Exposure to product strategy, technology strategy, new ventures, digital/AI transformation or 0 - 1 initiatives preferred.

- Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.

- Someone who wants to build, not just advise, and is comfortable taking ownership from strategy through execution.

- Willingness to relocate to Noida and preferably join within 30 days.
