Founder's Office Role - AdTech Firm

Key Responsibilities :

- Work with the founder on strategic planning, OKRs, and growth roadmaps

- Project manage cross-functional initiatives (e.g., GTM launches, key partnerships)

- Prepare research reports, investor briefs, and business presentations

- Liaise with internal teams (sales, ops, product) to drive execution

- Track key metrics and follow through on decisions and deadlines

- Represent the founder in meetings and communications when required

- Own special projects - these could range from hiring to fundraising to brand building

Ideal Candidate

- 59 years of experience in consulting, VC/PE, startups, or strategy/ops roles

- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills

- Highly organized, self-starter, and thrives in ambiguity

- Analytical and data-driven; fluent in Excel/Sheets, PPT, and project tools

- Strong business judgment and a bias toward execution

- Prior experience working with founders or CXOs is a strong plus
