About the Role:
We are looking for a highly driven, entrepreneurial, and execution-focused professional to join the Founder's Office of one of India's fast-growing D2C brands. This is a high-impact role that offers unparalleled exposure to business strategy, cross-functional execution, and leadership decision-making.
You will work directly with the founders to drive strategic initiatives, solve business problems, improve operational efficiency, and ensure key projects are executed at speed. Key Responsibilities:
- Partner closely with the founders on strategic business priorities and special projects.
- Drive end-to-end execution of cross-functional initiatives across Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, Product, and Growth.
- Build business plans, financial models, presentations, dashboards, and management reports to support key decisions.
- Track critical business KPIs and ensure timely execution of strategic priorities.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to remove roadblocks and maintain project momentum.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities.
- Lead new business initiatives, process improvement projects, and expansion opportunities.
- Prepare board decks, investor presentations, and leadership updates whenever required.
- Establish strong governance by following up with teams, ensuring accountability, and driving timely completion of deliverables.
- Act as an extension of the founders, representing them in cross-functional meetings and ensuring seamless communication across the organization.
What We're Looking For:
- 3-7 years of experience in a Founder's Office, Strategy, Business Excellence, Consulting, Business Operations, or similar role.
- Experience in a high-growth D2C, consumer, FMCG, retail, startup, or e-commerce business is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to structure ambiguous business problems.
- Excellent project management and stakeholder management capabilities.
- High ownership mindset with the ability to execute independently.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
